Abstract Submission

To give a (contributed) talk in one of the conference tracks you are required to submit an (extended) abstract by clicking the link

Submit an (Extended) Abstract

which will assign you as Author, if you are not yet, in the conference and start the submission process. Otherwise you need to login and then follow the instructions. You can easily start submission process by clicking on the New Submission on your USER HOME, if you already have an account as Author.

There will be several stages at the submission process, such as
START, UPLOAD SUBMISSION, ENTER METADATA, UPLOAD SUPPLEMENTARY FILES, CONFIRMATION.

If you are not a user yet, then please create an account with this site. Make sure that you create the account as Author, if you wish to submit abstracts. Otherwise, you need to login and check the box Author at the end of your profile for the conference.

It is important to note that the contributed talks will be 20-30 minutes long (including discussion). Furthermore, since the (extended) abstracts will be published in the Book of Abstracts, an (extended) abstract submission is a must so that we can include it in the Book of Abstracts.

(Extended) Abstract Format & Templates

In order to help us produce the Volume of Abstracts, all contributions should share the following:

  • the (Extended) Abstract should be written in English and should contain title, all author(s) and their affiliations;
  • it should not exceed 6 pages of A4 paper size, single-spaced, 11 points, justified, Times font, it can surely be 1 or 2 pages long, just like a normal abstract;
  • the PDF format of the Extended Abstract, named as "SurnameName.pdf", must be submitted at the stage UPLOAD SUBMISSION;
  • the submitted LaTeX2 source file, named as "SurnameName.tex", should be executable in standard LaTeX2 distributions, hence the use of the template source file is strongly recommended. Make sure that you submit the source file(s) at the stage UPLOAD SUPPLEMENTARY FILES.
